Great Ocean Road

The day whereby it was only us, alone.
Nobody else but us...
And the car, the beautiful scenery, food, and photo taking =)

Departed after having hotdog at our favourite place, SnagStand located at the Melbourne Central.
Well before that, of course we went to collect our car at Hertz =D
We booked a Toyota Yaris, but it was indeed a lucky day,
we had a free upgrade to Volkswagen Golf TSI turbo! =D

Thrilled!

Driving in the Melbourne city is a hectic thing to do...
The "hook" turn is a pain in the arse like effin seriously.
Thank God I wasn't the one driving. =P

We made it through the windy roads along the Great Ocean Road.
But, I was being "attacked" during the journey.
Yes, I vomited =.="
Too windy okay!
The scenery along the way was definitely breathtaking.
Thank God that I had someone to share the awesome moment with =D

Too bad we didn't manage to see the sunset that day.
The sunset too early during the winter.. =(
We checked in, then went to the supermarket and get some supplies for supper.
Shops close very early too, around 7pm.
Yes, I was afraid that I'll get hungry during the night and craves for food.
Its very torturing that when you know that you're traveling but no food can be eaten.
What's the point of traveling then? It's to ENJOY!

We headed a Spanish restaurant recommended by our stay's owner.
Luckily we stayed around the town area. =D

TAPAS!! =D
Definitely my first try =)

The portions are kinda small and pricey,
but
trust me.
It's worth the price.

So, we had quite a fine dining that night.
Enjoyed ourselves much! =))

Seriously, I forgot what is it called.
Some kind of alcohol.
Well.. yeah =P

Tapas #1

Pork ribs.
*If I'm not mistaken, that's what you get when you leave things overdue for too long!*

Tapas #2

It was definitely an expensive dinner.
Thank you Mr. E for the accompaniment.
And thank you for the dinner? =P

It was very dark when we finished our dinner.
The whole place was dark, we could only go back to our stay...

Our entertainment that night at around 8pm?
This!

Pink Moscato

TV!!

Mr. E's favourite =.="

The awesome-est thing about our stay was, there is a heater in every mattress.
It was a 4 mattress's room,
so there were 4!!
How awesome!

The 12 Apostles - Breathtaking moments we had.
Mr. E =))

Can we go back there 10 years later?

:: regards ::

Rae

ps: Life's great =D
